What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I work for a small business, and every day is different, which is my favorite part. Previous to this role, I had several different roles in more of a corporate setting, which wasn't quite the same.
For this role, every single day has something new thrown at you, and you have to learn on the go. It's also a little more rewarding being in a small business where you're managing everything from point A to point Z.
Ultimately, you're the one with full control of the outcome, so that makes it that much more rewarding.
