What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I think my industry is really interesting. Specifically, our role is in lighting, and we're electrical construction. This means learning different things.
I think regardless of your niche, there's always something new. Every day, I'm gaining new information. It really feels like I'm gaining a lot from every single job I take on.
This is because it doesn't matter what the job is; every one is so different. I also think the fact that we are a small business, taking on new things and learning all the different pieces of the business, is really enjoyable for me.
