What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

In consulting, the general answer is always feeling like you're getting a new job. Whether it's projects and promotions, your role and your work constantly change, so you're always getting new experiences.

I can speak from my own experience. I started this job in national security-focused projects. I was then the first employee for a startup for a year.

After that, I came back and was doing strategic communications work. Now, I've found myself in policy and budget financing, which I've really enjoyed and created a specialty in. Consulting always gives you new opportunities; it's just a matter of saying yes to them.
