What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
In my role, I get to help people with their goals. I've been through a lot in my life, and what helped me keep going was my resilience and always setting new goals.
Through goals, you can really feel more confident with yourself. Every little goal you achieve, whether it's working out or starting a new hobby, builds confidence.
I love that I get to use my energy to help people set their goals and share what I've learned. I've experienced failures that might scare some people, but I've learned a lot from them.
Being able to share that and build people's confidence is incredibly satisfying. Helping others reach their goals and seeing how I was able to inspire them is something I truly enjoy.
I also enjoy storytelling and helping people with their stories. This includes helping them write essays or figure out their own narratives. Ultimately, I enjoy helping people unpack themselves and discover their stories through storytelling.
