What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Something that can be challenging is the stakeholder relationship piece. It's not necessarily hard, but it takes time and thoughtful consideration.
Often, when we're creating something new, it needs approval or agreement from others. We might also want their input to improve it. The process of getting this input and alignment, fostering a collaborative nature, is crucial because it leads to a better product.
We want that collaboration, but everyone has their own jobs and responsibilities, and they are busy. The challenge lies in balancing the need to move fast and get things done with involving the right people to ensure the best possible product. This balance can be quite difficult to achieve.
