What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
With every project, there are different challenges. I would say that the biggest challenge is coming up with a creative solution that is both economically efficient and constructible.
Aside from that, being a civil engineer presents its own unique hurdles. When you go to get licensed as a civil engineer, there's a series of tests you have to take. Personally, I'm not a great test taker, so that has also been a challenge as I grow in my career.
