What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I enjoy trials. I love being in trial.
I decided to become a prosecutor in part because it would afford me the greatest opportunity to get in front of a jury and present my case. I also enjoy making a difference.
I believe that, as abstract as making a difference can sound, when you're prosecuting cases, you are making an impact. You are changing lives, whether that's a victim or a defendant. Whatever you decide to do on a case, it does have real-life implications.
So, I enjoy being in a position to decide those things.
