What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a founder, I focus on scaling our company. Beyond that, a main part of my responsibilities involves cultivating and maintaining our key partnerships.
These partnerships can be with nonprofit organizations, high-profile celebrities and athletes, or agencies and corporate partners. Parachute helps nonprofits form genuine partnerships with celebrity ambassadors. This assists with their fundraising efforts and awareness initiatives.
This involves matchmaking, vetting partners, and strategizing around specific campaigns. Project management is also a key aspect. Ultimately, a lot of this work is impact-focused, which I find really enjoyable.
