What do you enjoy most about being in your industry with this job?
I feel like I'm actually making a difference in my community and beyond. That's the entire reason I left television and pursued starting my own company.
Although the days can be long, the pay can always be higher, and it can certainly be exhausting at times, the ability to impact even one person is an incredible, indescribable feeling. For me, it makes all of those things worth it. It's truly fulfilling.
