What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

No day is the same. Every day is a new day with new problems. It's very exciting.

What I love most is the connection you have with people. I enjoy working with different types of people who come from diverse backgrounds, have found success in various ways, and have experienced different circumstances.

The most rewarding aspect is when they share their journey with you. It feels good when a client texts, "Hey, my daughter just bought a house. Thank you so much for making it happen." Or, "Hey, I just sent my kids off to college. Here's a picture." Or even, "Hey, here's a new car I just bought. Thank you for sending the wire over."

That is probably what I enjoy the most. You are truly having a direct impact on people's lives and you get to see it happen in many different ways.
