What are your main responsibilities within your role?
I manage a team of five or six people. I handle all correspondence with the counties and put together valuation workups. Then, we advocate for property owners to reduce their taxes.
I also build out proformas. Additionally, I do consulting work for all of the owner-operated companies and for our big clients.
