What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

It's very similar to what I find most exciting and fun about my role. It's also a challenge, having so many widespread opportunities, ideas, and concepts that could be useful for the maritime industry. This focus is on executing decarbonization strategy or going through clean energy transition opportunities.

There are sometimes maybe too many concepts and not enough customers or clients to really take hold of them and help execute. Perhaps there's a very high risk avoidance in the industry still.

This leads to less opportunity to bring these things to life. The industry doesn't adopt new technologies very quickly, making it a slow, long-term process to make these projects work out successfully.
