What do you enjoy the most about being in your industry?
I think you can glean this from my previous answers. There's a sort of theme developing, but it's truly the people. Everyone's really amazing and smart and comes from all walks of life.
You talk to doctors, you talk to PhDs, you talk to fresh undergrad students like me and you. We're all really passionate about the same thing. Not only are we working towards a driven professional goal and helping patients in real time, but in this environment, you also need to let loose.
We do have town halls where afterwards, we all get together and celebrate the accomplishments we've made thus far and where we want to go in the future. We just hang out with each other to enjoy each other's company.
