What was your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think the biggest challenge is working in a pretty high-stress environment in healthcare. Every day counts, every minute counts. People are always focused on their current tasks, making sure they're completed so they can move on to the next thing.
However, I think working with so many great people really inspires you to do the same. So, while it's high-stress, you have a great support system to guide you through this role.
