What do you enjoy most about your current role?
What I definitely enjoy most is the people. Not only am I able to work with really smart, driven people and make an impact on my direct teams, but in the healthcare space, I'm also able to make an impact directly on patients.
In my main role, it is for cancer studies. I'm able to screen cancer patients and match them with clinical trials that give them the best chance of success for recovery or treatment.
During the times of COVID, I was able to help start studies from the ground up and really help people in real time during a global pandemic. So that was really cool to see come together.
