What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I enjoy being a part of the healthcare process. In a way, I am helping people, not directly with patients and members, but by making sure the healthcare company is providing the services they're supposed to.
I'm able to help out in that process, and it's amazing. As I mentioned earlier, sometimes I have to help with direct patient cases. That's an impact I really like. I can help people schedule necessary surgery that could save their life.
