What are some of the main responsibilities within your current role?
It kind of happened organically. When I first joined, I was overseeing a lot of the AI work that has emerged more recently. I was thinking programmatically about what AI means for our company across our operations and products.
In terms of my responsibilities, I'm often setting up our processes and mechanisms. This allows us to deliver knowledge, capabilities, and products for our customers in secondary and higher education around the world.
Part of my work on the program management side involves identifying gaps and helping to close them cross-functionally. This includes operations and data initiatives for our teams, which might relate to product, engineering, AI, marketing, or PR. These responsibilities allow us to move much faster in getting our product out.
