Transcript

Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

I had quite a few internships in college, and a couple that stuck out to me. I interned at an ad agency in Boston, as I thought I wanted to be in the advertising space.

I also interned in the marketing department of a waste management company, which was a really good learning experience. I did that for a summer and was involved in creating flyer marketing materials, figuring out conferences for them to attend, and some earned media.

Post-college, I did an internship with Ketchum, a pretty big PR agency. I was part of their fellows program, and that really set me off into my professional career.

Since then, I've had a couple of roles at one agency and a couple in-house, both PR and marketing roles. And then I've been at ShiftCom for almost six years now.
