What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My current role, my title is Strategy Lead. My responsibilities depend on the project or the time of the business cycle.
I function like a consultant within the business and liaise and cross-connect with different departments. Depending on the priorities, we scope out and work with different departments to do large data analysis projects, research projects, or strategic long-term planning projects.
My function also focuses on developing newer products or more innovative services and products. One of the nice things about strategy is that you get to work on a lot of different projects and connect with many different departments, functions, and people.
