What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
The thing I've enjoyed most is being able to take on a lot of ownership in this role. I've learned so much from running these strategic projects and thinking about how we want to position ourselves on different college campuses.
This has been a big exercise in thinking more strategically and making my own decisions, rather than constantly asking my manager questions. I've really enjoyed being in a situation where I can make my own calls and think things through myself.
That's probably been my favorite part of the role: running my own show.
