What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

One of the coolest things about talent acquisition, especially campus recruiting, is how easy it is to see your impact. I've really loved working with candidates as they go through the process.

It's particularly rewarding to connect with candidates through sourcing or on campus and then guide them. Fostering and nurturing those relationships has been an exciting part of the role.

It's even more exciting when they join us and end up doing well, enjoying the internship or full-time position. Seeing that impact tangibly has been very fulfilling.
