What is your biggest challenge in your role?
I think I mentioned this earlier, but I focus on a lot of different priorities throughout the day. So, a challenge has been juggling all those different tasks at once.
It’s a lot of thinking about what is most important and most urgent in the moment. Of course, things do always come up that require you to drop everything.
Being able to think through how to best prioritize was a learning curve when I came into this role. It’s different from things I've done in the past, having that ownership.
Getting the chance to think strategically about what is most important to work on and when has been challenging. However, I'm grateful I've learned from this role.
