Biggest Challenges Faced By A Salesforce Lead At Panthera
Kelly's biggest challenge as a Salesforce Lead at Panthera is the small size of their team (only three people), meaning they are "involved in every single project" across Salesforce and Pardot while managing a large workload for a significant organization. This presents a challenge while simultaneously providing extensive learning opportunities in a impactful role focused on protecting wild cats.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The best and most challenging aspects of my role are actually the same. My team has only three members, and we work on Salesforce and Pardot, an email marketing platform.
While this is great because I'm learning a lot and involved in every project, it's also challenging. We have a big mission to protect the world's wild cats and bring in tens of millions of dollars a year, so there's no shortage of work.
It's challenging being such a small team. We could accomplish more and release more features with additional members. Ultimately, I'm making the best of it, learning as much as I can about Salesforce and Pardot, and trying to deliver impact for our mission every week.
