What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
An important lesson I try to always optimize for is the people I'm working with. There's nothing better than working on a great team.
It cuts through so much that might otherwise turn a career into a job. You look forward to going to work and are energized by it.
Believe it or not, when 5 or 6 PM rolls around, you wonder where the day went. You feel like you've just been having fun all day. I really think great teams build better products as well.
