What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a co-founder and CTO of a small venture-backed startup, the breadth of responsibilities is pretty wide. Generally, I'm in charge of more things on the technical side.
I like to say I'm building the product and building the team that builds the product. My responsibilities will likely change by the time this goes online, but for now, they roughly involve building products customers are happy with.
This also includes keeping customer data secure and handling miscellaneous IT management tasks. This means making sure employees have their computers, can connect to the internet, and can use applications like Gmail and Slack.
