How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I would describe people who typically thrive in this industry as tenacious and creative problem solvers. I say tenacious because the industry is super competitive. You're going to find people who are more talented than you, some people who are willing to outwork you.
But I think as long as you just keep going at it, you'll thrive in this industry. And two, I say creative problem solvers because in this industry you're going to come across a lot of problems. People that I find who are successful are people who know how to work around these problems.
