What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I listed two skills that really stood out to me. The first is strong leadership skills. My team looks to me for guidance, and I need to be there for them, directing them in the right way.

It's also important to know how to work with your team and leverage their strengths. This means having a good relationship with them, being able to collaborate, and ensuring they can rely on you.

The second skill is organizational skills. With so many things happening in the business, I have to be organized and know what to prioritize.

Some days I get caught up in busywork that doesn't move us forward. Therefore, it's crucial to recognize that and know how to prioritize, plan your day, and delegate effectively.
