What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

There are a few challenges in my role. One of them is sometimes feeling overwhelmed with the big responsibilities of being an owner.

A significant responsibility is having hard conversations with clients. I'm the one who has to deliver bad news or have difficult discussions to sort things out.

This also involves making difficult decisions. While I get to make many great decisions as a business owner, I also have to make tough ones.

Sometimes these decisions aren't in my favor, but I know they are for the overall betterment of the business.
