What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
For me, in my current role, what I really enjoy seeing is people growing. I love to nurture my team and see them grow, both professionally and creatively.
One example is a recent hire, an editor who just got out of college. This is his first professional job with our media firm. He's super talented, and it was amazing to see him grow even further.
To give you some context, he was already talented, but he was also working with one of our main, big clients. This client is very demanding when it comes to project deadlines.
It was impressive to see him mimic our style, which we initially developed. He was also able to meet deadlines on time. For me, it was already tough, and I'm an experienced editor. For him to come in and take ownership of that role was really amazing to see.
