What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
That's a great question. I think the biggest challenge in my current role specifically is that Sea Press Capital has been around for almost a year. We're at an inflection point where we're seeing a lot of deal opportunities, but we're not yet at the stage where it makes sense to bring on multiple full-time staff members.
In our current role, the biggest challenge is that you kind of have to do everything until you reach a certain point. We have interns from W Care who have been awesome, but obviously, that's part-time. We'd love to have somebody full-time on the team, and we'll get there soon.
