How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I would define them as an independent contributor that thrives in chaos. You have to be very organized and very prepared.
You have to be somebody quick-witted and able to think on their toes. If we've got a plant with a fire alarm going on, but somebody else needs to be terminated at the same time, you have to prioritize what is going on in the moment.
You have to think back to early development: "Okay, I've learned how to organize myself. I've learned how to prioritize." Now, you need to put that into place.
Somebody who thrives in chaos but is really, really organized is going to do really well in this role.
