How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

There are a couple of different kinds of people. There are people who like being outside, who are avid outdoorsmen and enjoy hiking and love nature. Those people do really well.

They tend to be more of the biologists and senior scientists who continue to work outside and are doing surveys and mapping vegetation, things like that.

And then, on the project management side, it's still people who really love nature and enjoy the outdoors, but are organized and more people-oriented. They kind of like the puzzle aspect of it or are organized.

I think that you have to be passionate about the environment to be in this industry. We're all a little bit quirky, so it makes it more fun.
