What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I really like helping people and teaching them. The education aspect of it, mentoring people within my company, is very fulfilling.
There are also people outside of the company who are interested in environmental topics but don't have many avenues to learn about them. Telling them random cool facts is really exciting.
Sharing that knowledge with others about how to do the job and the different requirements is something I truly enjoy. And the problem-solving aspect.
I really enjoy the puzzle of every single day and trying to sort out problems.
