What I enjoy most about the cannabis industry that I work in is that it's so new. It's really an industry still in its infancy.

That's truly entrepreneurial. It's only been legal in California, where I am, for a handful of years.

There are states where it's only been legal for a couple of months. If you're interested in doing something more entrepreneurial, we're sort of all figuring it out together.

This certainly brings challenges and can be stressful at times. But I really like seeing something from the ground up, especially since I started with the company really early.

My role has shifted quite a bit as the industry has shifted. Being on the ground level of something that's entirely new for our entire country and for California is really exciting and an interesting challenge for me and everyone at our company.
