What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy the most is actually solving problems. I consider myself a completionist, so I love finishing things to 100%.
Being able to have a problem presented to me, or myself identifying a problem, and then being able to work through it regardless of what that journey looked like, is incredibly satisfying.
Being able to say, "Okay, it's complete, it's done," makes me feel like I should celebrate every single time because it is that enjoyable. So I would say that is probably the most important part.
Obviously, working with my team is also very enjoyable. But I would say mostly just actually finishing something and having it work out is pretty great.
