What does a day in the life of a scholar support analyst look like?
In the mornings, I try to have Zoom meetings to get a lot of my tasks on the books so I can start working through the day. I'm a hybrid worker, so I either work at home, in the office, or on campus.
My day-to-day varies depending on urgencies. For the most part, it follows morning meetings, actual work with spreadsheets and data.
In the afternoon, I usually try to do grant writing or any big projects. So when I feel frustrated, I'm like, "Okay, the day is done." That's kind of how my day looks.
During certain seasons, there are a lot more events. Sometimes my day is a full event. But for the most part, I follow the same structure of meetings, work, big project, and then end of day.
