Perfect. I essentially act as the liaison between our agency and our clients. My main responsibilities include managing communication to and from clients, whether that's written, email, or verbal.
With that, I help lead internal, cross-functional teams like media analytics and creative production. The goal is to satisfy our client needs and proactively look for ways to optimize our client's businesses and goals within our scope.
