What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The most exciting thing about being in private equity is seeing companies thrive after we invest in them. We invest across different industries, including consumer, industrial, and healthcare.
These companies seek capital and support to grow and reach the next level. It's exciting to watch them achieve this and know we played a part.
When we exit the business five, seven, or ten years later, and we've left it better than we found it, that feels incredibly good. Being able to be a part of that is definitely something I love about the industry.
