What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I currently work as a consultant for a luxury hospitality brand. A large part of my focus is on learning and development.

My time is largely spent taking the technology that teams are using and finding ways to teach it. I aim to ensure everyone across the globe uses the technology the same way.

This involves a lot of focus on training and learning, whether it's creating resources or facilitating training sessions. This relates directly to my current role.

On the development side, I help develop leaders by leading workshops and similar activities. This is more of my day-to-day role.
