What do you enjoy most about your current role?
It can be pretty daunting when you think about all the different cultures and different [unclear]. But I think that's probably one of the most exciting pieces.
The best part about the company that I work for, and again, it's a luxury hospitality company, is that they find people who are really passionate about service. It's much easier to teach tools or maybe some of the policies and procedures when you find people that are passionate about service.
You can't teach someone to smile, for example, but you can teach someone maybe our computer systems. So I think that's one of the things that I love the most: that we hire the right people and get to work with and develop people across the globe who all have the same goal of just really helping others. That's probably my favorite part.
