What does a day in the life of your role look like?
Every day, I support teams all across the globe. Some days my day could start at 5:30 in the morning, or I might be taking a call at 8 o'clock at night if it's a team in Asia that I'm helping to train.
It is really flexible, which has been great for someone like me who has a young family. Prior to the pandemic, I was definitely traveling a lot more, but day to day can look very different.
I'm not in the operation anymore; my role is much more of a support system. You might think that could be more Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, but because I'm in a support role and pretty flexible with my time, I might be hosting training when teams are overlapping.
This can happen when you're on an AM shift and an overnight shift kind of line up. My day-to-day looks really different, and I really enjoy that. It's something completely different and new every day.
