Transcript

What are the biggest challenges for your role?

A lot of my role is focused on teaching, which can be difficult when working with people for whom English is not their first language. English is a requirement for my company.

I think it's important to note that a lot of their day-to-day work might not necessarily be in English. So sometimes language barriers can be an issue.

We've found ways to navigate through that, whether that's by providing additional resources with my training or supplemental materials. So you can hear it, watch it, read it, or try it yourself.

Anyway we can help combat that language barrier, I would say that's probably one of the most difficult things we have to overcome.
