I enjoy working with lots of people. This role and my previous role at Microsoft, I just really enjoy working with driven people where the organization is growing.
I have advice for my earlier self: always be in a rising tide. You want to be in an industry where the tide is rising, and a company that is growing.
People are just more positive when this happens. You want to surround yourself with driven, intelligent, empathetic people. I have a lot of that, and those are the people I enjoy the most.
