What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is managing all the personalities involved because I work with a lot of people. There are many communication styles, many people's opinions, and things that you have to learn how to balance.
It's a combination of knowing when to listen and knowing when to speak up. Really learning how to communicate with lots of different people is challenging and an ongoing learning process for sure.
