Thick-skinned. There's a really good balance of left and right-brained skills. It's about being creative and analytical at the same time, seeing the big picture and the small picture.
There's also a "seer approach" where you have to see the future. You have to predict what's going to happen, see every potential outcome of a scenario, and have a solution for every single possible scenario.
That way, when the inevitable happens and everything changes, you are at least prepared to handle it. Whether or not you thought through that exact scenario, you feel liberated enough to make a quick decision and change your mind. So, thick skin for sure, because if you're sensitive, you're going to be sad a lot.
