What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

This was a difficult one for me to come up with. As much as I love innovation and creating for the department, sometimes when I have a plan, it might not be something that works anymore. Starting over again is probably my biggest challenge.

It's not something that you have to develop a skill for in being adaptable. What may work one day may not work the next, or make sense. It's important that you go back and reassess and realize, "This might not make sense for the organization anymore." That would probably be the biggest challenge.
