How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
Two things come to mind. If I have to describe the type of person, I would say they have to be hardworking. They have to really want to drive and excel and do a great job, so definitely being a hard worker is key.
They're also go-getters. The people I support are definitely very hardworking and very much go-getters. I think those are the type of people who will thrive in the finance industry.
