What is one lesson you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

Having a good boss is critical in your career. I really encourage people to make sure that when they are interviewing for a role or a new job, you are interviewing your potential boss.

You have to make sure that that person meshes with you as much as you mesh with them. That is going to be the person that you're going to learn from.

It's critical that you find somebody who is just good for you and your style. So I highly recommend that people interview their bosses as well when they're going through an interview process.
