Transcript

What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I think how fast-paced it is and how it's new for me. I thought I was going to be in medical devices for my career in human resources, and I enjoyed that.

But I also thought, "I don't know too much about the finance industry." It's HR. What's pretty cool about it is that you can take skills from one industry to the next. The fundamentals aren't going anywhere, so it's not industry-specific.

So, what I love about being in this industry is just learning something new. This industry is really fun, really cool, and really fast-paced. I think that's what I enjoy the most.
