I think that's the opposite side of having different challenges. You do want to be exposed to different things and new learnings.
At the same time, you can also feel like you're not there yet. The question arises, "Do I know these things well enough?"
"How do I prepare more?" I think that's also part of the challenge because it's always changing. How do I keep up with it?
So, I think that's how I would describe the challenge so far.
